Donna Chapman currently serves as Managing Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer for TCV Trust & Wealth Management. Ms Chapman has over 30 years experience in trust and estate administration, and was a member of the founding team of The Trust Company of Virginia in 1994. Ms. Chapman previously worked for Bank of America. Ms. Chapman holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond and is a graduate of the Southeastern Trust School.
